The Walk In Art Center's 2023 Coffee Cabaret Series is ending the year with a beautiful Holiday Concert featuring The SchuylGurlz, Schuylkill County's premiere female vocal ensemble. Their tight harmonies in classic and jazzy arrangements of your favorite Christmas tunes will plunge you full force into the Spirit of the Holidays.
Members of the group include Ashley Elwood, Blair Boyer, Jennifer Koch, Lisa Hollenbach, Laura Costa, Lisa Bashore, Heather Butler, Ana Reyes, and Jacquie Engel.
The doors open at 6 pm on December 1st and people can view the art exhibition in the Main Gallery and in Studio Row featuring the works of the WIAC studio and associate artists. The music begins at 7 pm and desserts and beverages are included in the $10 ticket price.
As an added bonus, get a sneak preview to some of the vendors for the WIAC's annual Holiday Artisan Market which occurs the following day, December 2. 10 or more vendors will be set up on Friday evening to sell their items and give visitors a peek.
