The 5th Annual Keystone Fine Art Juried Exhibition is back on and will be both in person and online in 2021.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be hand delivered
• Adult non-refundable entry fee of
o $25 for first artwork
o $15 for second artwork
o $10 for third artwork
• Student 17 and Under non-refundable entry fee of
o $10 for first artwork
o $5 for second artwork
o $5 for third artwork
• Payment Method: Cash, credit card (add a 3% processing fee) or checks can be made out to the Walk In Art Center

ENTRY CRITERIA: All 2D pieces submitted must be original & not previously exhibited at the Keystone Fine Art Juried Exhibition.

All artwork must be ready to hang with a wire, framed or gallery wrapped – no saw tooth, fast frames or clips. Artwork not ready to hang will be denied acceptance.

SIZE CRITERIA: All artwork must be no larger than 30” x 40” max – In any direction, NO EXCEPTIONS.

CATEGORIES: There are five categories, please place your artwork in the category it is 90% of.

• Student 17 & Under

“Under Glass” and “Not Under Glass” categories encompass oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastels, pen and ink, graphite, and cold wax.

AWARDS: Prizes totaling $1325.00. Prizes given in each adult category of $200 for 1st place & $100 for 2nd place. Prizes given in the student category of $75 for first place and $50 for second place. A category winner can place 1st or 2nd, but not both. Someone placing 1st or 2nd can also win an honorable mention.

PICK UP OF UNACCEPTED WORK: Wednesday, March 31, 2021, before 4pm. Any artwork not picked up will be charged $50/day.

Artists will be contacted by WIAC only if your work is not accepted. Calls will go out Tuesday, March 30, 2021. Please check your voice mail – we will use the number you supply with submission.

PICKUP OF ACCEPTED WORK: Monday, April 19, 10 am-2 pm and Tuesday, April 20, 10 am-2 pm. Any artwork NOT picked up will be charged $50/day.     

THE JURORS

Oren Helbok-- Born in the Bronx in 1965, photographer Oren B. Helbok is currently the Executive Director of “The Exchange” Gallery which he helped found in 2009 on Main Street in Bloomsburg. The Exchange Gallery has hosted more than 50 exhibitions since early 2014, most of them community-based: The Exchange announces the theme of each show, and artists of every age and level of experience bring work in any and all media; it just has to fit through the front door. More than seven hundred artists have exhibited, ranging from Bloomsburg University art professors to preschool children.
In 2001, Oren and his wife, potter Sara Baker, joined a dozen other artists to open the Artspace Gallery in Bloomsburg, and he served as its first treasurer.

Mark Mahosky --Mahosky received his BFA from Temple University, Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia and his MFA in painting from Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA. He has shown his work in galleries in NY, Detroit, Houston, Portland OR, Baltimore, and Rhode Island. Mahosky has been affiliated with the Fleisher Ollman Gallery in Philadelphia since 1986. He was one of the inaugural Artists in Residence at the Gettysburg National Military Park. He has been a professor of drawing and painting for over thirty years and has been teaching painting at Kutztown University since 2004.
