WIAC Executive Director, Lisa Robinson sees the benefit in exhibiting artists' work throughout the county, which now includes the courthouse.
We are proud to add the Schuylkill County Courthouse in Pottsville to this list of partnerships as we begin exhibiting in their facilities. Walk In Art Center's Executive Director Lisa Robinson believes it is a great benefit to both artists and to the community: "In the last year and a half, the Walk In Art Center has been a major contributor to adding art and culture to the area. The WIAC artists have been exhibiting in local businesses and organizations throughout Schuylkill County. Most recently, we have added the Schuylkill County Courthouse. Exhibiting outside our facility gives the artists the exposure to help educate the public on talent located right here in their back yard."
Schuylkill County, PA (February 24, 2016) –Celebrate Schuylkill, a group of local art enthusiasts will hold their annual arts and cultural tour, Spring Thaw on April 1 – 3, 2016. The tour features three days full of entertainment and activities hosted by the following organizations:
